Domino’s Pizza

Domino’s is a chain of pizza restaurants and delivery services. They have been in business for over 60 years and have an estimated net worth of $16 billion. Their headquarters are in the Chicago area and they have over 13,000 locations worldwide. They are known for their innovative strategies that have turned the company around and their dedication to their customers.

In the modern sense, domino refers to a game played with 28 small oblong tiles marked with numbers from 0-6 in each half (often called pips). The tiles are placed edge to edge on a board, which is often made of wood or cardboard, and the value of each end of the line of dominoes is determined by matching its adjacent values. The dominoes may be of identical or different types, and their value can range from six pips to none at all.

A domino is a symbol of power, authority and control, which may explain why the name has maintained such an authoritative undertone for so long, even in its current sense. It’s also an appropriate word for a character, because Domino has the power to make things happen, and her luck powers can be very useful in a fight.

For example, Domino’s ability to telekinetically affect probability can help her win a battle by making an improbable event happen—like hitting just the right switch that shuts down an overloading nuclear reactor. Her abilities can also be used to disrupt machinery, but the full scope of her powers is still unknown.

Domino’s luck powers come in handy for her mercenary work as well, as she has been able to avoid a number of bullets that would have killed other characters with much more precision. She has worked with the X-Men and even had a romantic relationship with Cable, but her mercenary career has since moved more in the direction of black ops missions for private clients.

After surviving an assault by the Prime Sentinels, Domino teamed up with the new incarnation of X-Force to track down and destroy the Perfect Weapon program and its secret Neverland base in Florida. During this mission, Domino’s luck powers came in handy for her to avoid being shot by an FBI agent who was tracking her.

She later joined up with Storm’s security task force to safeguard the mutant haven Utopia, and during this time she had a volatile run-in with Cable, during which Domino’s reflexes were tested when she was hit by a gunshot. After the team broke up, she worked with Jesse Aaronson to track down the time-traveling Gryaznova and her neural inhibitor.

During this time, Domino found out that her brother Lazarus was the true product of the Weapon X program and she began to search for him. She was eventually snatched out of her own timeline by Halloween Jack, who wanted to stop her from stopping the future he was in. She was able to overcome the implant and regain her fighting prowess, and she has rejoined X-Force.
